Martin & Co has joined the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).
The Mill Road-based property lettings and management company, already a licensed agent of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS), adds ‘ARLA’ to its growing list of recognised industry accreditations and awards.
ARLA Membership requires firms to demonstrate approved client accounting standards, adherence to the organisations strict bye-laws regarding best practice property lettings, as well as completion of relevant National Federation of Property Professional industry qualifications.
Nick Diggle, director of Martin & Co Cambridge, said: “Best practice property lettings, management, and client accounting, underpinned by up-to-date industry leading staff training, are central to what we do at Martin & Co in Cambridge.
“New recruits at the company are all supported and encouraged to pursue external qualifications and individual ARLA membership as well.”
In addition to ARLA membership, Martin & Co Cambridge is also registered with The Property Ombudsman for Lettings and the government appointed Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
Also – as a direct result of its focus on best-in-class staff training and development, Martin & Co nationally holds Investor in People status.
