A French institute, specialised in nanostructured materials, thin films and polarimetric instrumentation, has developed a new process yielding continuous Graphene films at wafer scale and on thickness control. This process is dedicated to microelectronics industry with applications such as transparent electrodes for flat displays or photovoltaic cells to semiconducting thin layers. The French institute is looking for partners for licensing agreements and technological cooperation.
