Adder strengthens global partner ecosystem to drive market share

Cambridge-based Adder Technology, a global leader in connectivity solutions and high performance IP KVM, has launched a new portal to support and evolve its growing partner community worldwide.

The Partner Portal embraces Adder’s channel affiliates, including distributors, resellers and service integrators, and provides them with exclusive tools, training and applications to increase their IP KVM pipeline and contribute to future innovation by Adder.

Launched as a direct response to partner feedback and built from the ground up, the new online hub has been developed with input from Adder’s partner network, customers and experts in channel-centric sales and marketing.

Approved Adder partners can leverage the portal to access dedicated and exclusive content designed to drive engagement and revenue opportunities. Tools and resources such as bespoke marketing and sales content, ready-made demand generation campaigns, event support and a multitude of training materials are all accessible from the unified dashboard.

Adder’s partner network continues to evolve and grow and this reflects the innovation in the products it manufactures and advances in the services it provides.

Queen’s Award winner Adder is continually investing in its partners and by fostering a healthy ecosystem of distributors, resellers, and SI's, Adder’s customers can access innovative connectivity solutions from knowledgeable, industry-leading vendors.

Neil Hillier, senior VP global sales and marketing for Adder, said: “Adder prides itself on being a channel-centric business and at a time when face to face meetings and industry events are simply not possible, it is more important than ever that we support our global partners however we can. The new Adder Partner Portal will enhance our existing partner engagement activity around the globe and provide real-time responsiveness.”

Adder now has representation in more than 60 countries and is a power behind a good number of technology thrones.
