Darktrace the new Stevie wonders
Cambridge cyber security specialist Darktrace scooped four accolades at The Stevie’s 15th Annual American Business Awards.
The haul included ‘Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year’, ‘Fastest Growing Tech Company’, ‘Technical Innovation of the Year’ and ‘Best Cloud Application/Service’.
The Stevie® Awards are widely recognised as the most coveted business accolades in the US, with a judging panel including 200 of the world’s most respected executives, entrepreneurs, innovators and business educators. Darktrace was chosen due to its innovative approach to cyber defence, unprecedented growth and disruptive technology.
Darktrace’s Enterprise Immune System is acknowledged as the world’s first and only proven cyber defence platform capable of detecting and remediating the most pernicious cyber-attacks in real time.
The AI algorithms uniquely self-learn an evolving ‘pattern of life’ for every network, device and user on the network and use that understanding to spot and neutralise threatening anomalies at their earliest stages before they have inflicted any damage.
In March, Darktrace won Business Weekly’s Business of the Year Award.
“The prestigious Stevie® Awards are further testament to the sheer power of our underlying technology and the massive demand we have seen for the Enterprise Immune System as a result,” said Darktrace CEO, Nicole Eagan.
“While there is no silver bullet to the challenge of cyber security, self-defending networks leveraging genuine AI technology are the best chance companies have to stay abreast of an evolving threat landscape. The Enterprise Immune System has repeatedly proven itself to fight back against unknown attacks that other methods simply miss.”
