AgriTech firm takes new base in Haslingfield
Dogtooth Technologies has taken more than 1,000 sq ft of offices in Penn Farm Studios, Haslingfield, six miles south of Cambridge.
Dogtooth is developing state-of-the-art machinery to tackle costly and high risk operations in the agricultural industry, with its focus on automating the harvest of crops – particularly strawberries.
Former stables, the Penn Farm development consists of nine units providing cost-effective business space to a variety of office and workshop businesses, according to agents Robinson Layer.
The agents have a further warehouse/industrial unit of just over 2,000 sq ft to let at an asking rent of £12,500 per annum exclusive, which equates to £5.98 per sq ft.
Mark Robinson of Robinson Layer said: “Haslingfield is a delightful rural location just three miles from the M11 at J11 (Trumpington) with easy access into Cambridge city centre.”
