Vindis launches new Volkswagen showrooms in Cambridge

Vindis Group, the family-owned motor dealer group with a network of Audi, Volkswagen, Bentley, Ducati, ŠKODA, SEAT and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles retailers across East Anglia, has officially launched its newly refurbished Cambridge Volkswagen (VW) showrooms.

Replacing and merging both the previous showrooms at Milton Road and Sawston, the building is next door to the new ŠKODA Cambridge showroom on Milton Road, which opened earlier this year.

Mark Hudson, VW brand director at Vindis, said: “The new premises and sales facilities will provide an enhanced working environment for our team, allowing them to continue providing the best possible buying experience for our customers – old and new.”

The new premises will include a specialist and dedicated sales facility. The showroom will feature a new car configurator, over 50 Approved Used vehicles and a large range of the latest VW models, alongside electric charging points.

The Vindis Group was founded in 1960 by Frank Vindis, a former World War II Czech spitfire pilot. It also owns two trade parts divisions in Bishop’s Stortford and Cambridge, a head office function in Huntingdon and a large fleet centre at Alconbury Weald.
