Wellton lines up energy plays worth $45 million

Wellton Energy, a leading European sales and marketing outsourcing company based in Norwich, is celebrating a hugely successful last 12 months in which it secured opportunities potentially worth $45 million for its clients in the oil and gas industry.

Sales and marketing outsourcing provides SMEs with the opportunity to investigate alternative business sectors, allowing them to determine if their products and services may be applicable.

Due to the growing and immediate demand for new and/or alternative technology within both the oil & gas and renewable industries over the last few years, the market has diversified into several alternative industry sectors.

The team at Wellton Energy has provided business-to-business (B2B) sales support to several SMEs that have been looking to find new revenue streams within the lucrative energy sector.

Wellton Energy director, Andy McDowell said: “Sales & marketing outsourcing has proven to be very successful outside of the European energy industry.

“By having several sales executives within alternative industries we are able to provide not only a dedicated sales executive skilled within a particular marketplace but also a means of investigating alternative industries prior to clients expanding their business.”
