Taylor Vinters CEO takes non-exec chairman position at Mobas
Cambridge, UK-based strategic marketing agency Mobas has appointed Matt Meyer – CEO of law firm Taylor Vinters – as non-executive chairman.
Meyer’s appointment follows the recent rebrand of Mobas, which saw the agency refine its strategy with a clear plan for continued growth.
As chairman, Meyer (pictured) will work with Mobas’ executive and management teams, led by Mobas founder Robin Bryant and joint MD Peter Chaloner.
Meyer is a well-respected lawyer, entrepreneur and trained executive coach. He has transformed Cambridge-based Taylor Vinters into a full service international law firm, which specialises in supporting innovative businesses in the UK and Singapore. He was part of the management team that won the Managing Partners Forum award for ‘Best Strategic Leadership in a European Professional Services Firm’.
Bryant said: “Matt’s wide business experience across multiple sectors and vast commercial expertise will help us unlock the potential for the agency’s strategic growth. Matt has vast experience helping businesses like ours flourish and we are keen to use his guidance to ensure we are able to continue to grow and develop.
“Matt has been a client of Mobas for more than eight years. He knows the business and what we offer and interacts in many industry sectors, giving him a broad understanding of what the desire for strategic offering is for our target markets.”
Meyer said: “The world of marketing is changing at a frantic pace and I look forward to working with the Mobas team to position the agency in the best possible way to capitalise on this changing landscape, unlock its full potential and deliver on its new strategy.”
