Ashcroft grows by almost a third through pandemic

Cambridge-based accountancy firm Ashcroft has grown its headcount by more than 30 per cent since formation in March 2020 – just as the UK went into national lockdown.
Now boasting a 40-plus strong headcount of advisers to entrepreneurs, corporates and private clients, the firm is putting people at the centre of its mission with its fresh approach to client support – create, realise, retain.
Partner Dominic Anthony said: “Since launch we have enjoyed great growth of the Ashcroft family. This is something we are particularly proud of due to the impact of COVID-19 and the current recruitment climate affecting businesses across sectors.
“We strive to retain our commitment to clients, often becoming a trusted strategist and true extension of their team. As a result, many of the individual client relationships our talented team have retained and brought with them to Ashcroft span generations.”
The partners have a combined 145 years of experience and help clients secure R & D funding, plan for the next generation or sell businesses on top of providing accounting and personal tax compliance.
