Key man is hired for S. Asia push

Cambridge Broadband has continued its drive into the emerging world economies with the recruitment of a new technology expert to oversee the firm’s work and guide customers through its expansion in the South Asia arena.Rashmin Vyawahare has been hired to work closely with customers in planning and implementing the correct network deployment for their needs, providing the quick support Cambridge Broadband views as of key importance to its Asian success.

The company is now carrying out strategic work with a number of large operators in the region, in preparation for major wireless projects implementing its VectaStar wireless transmission platform.

Bjorn Krylander, Cambridge Broadband’s chief executive officer, said: “The wireless market in Asia is continuing to grow very rapidly, and is of great strategic importance to Cambridge Broadband.”
