Birketts advises Total Tiles in £6m sale to

Law firm Birketts has advised the shareholders of Total Tiles Limited, Andy Moore and his team, on a £6 million sale to the group which specialises in online stores delivering building supplies.

Partner Mark Pinder and legal director Nick Burt led the acquisition, with support from solicitors Grace Shek and Simona Gruodyte and secretary Gabriella Szabo (Corporate).

Based in Ipswich, Total Tiles was established in November 2006 and has grown to having combined storage facilities of over 62000ft² over two warehouses holding over 250000m² of bathroom tiles, kitchen tiles, floor tiles, wall tiles and underfloor heating available online for home delivery across the UK.
