Part of Domino Printing Sciences plc, based at Bar Hill, Cambridgeshire, the company in China is based in Shanghai and employs 240 staff.

In order to win the Best CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Practice Award, the panel of judges invited customers to nominate their favourite company. The judging process, which lasted six months, culminated in Domino China being announced the winner in its category.

Garry Havens, group commercial director (pictured) said: “This is a tremendous achievement for us and all the more important for being a customer award. Having recently celebrated our 10th anniversary in China, this highlights the very high quality of product and service we offer to our customers.

“Our 10th anniversary celebrations underlined our leading brand reputation. We are hugely grateful to our customers who voted for us and of course, to our highly committed and skilled team of staff who made this happen.”

The 10th anniversary was celebrated both internally and externally, with publicity in trade publications and on the website, a special event showcasing Domino’s achievements over the last 10 years and a range of commemorative materials.
