Still only six years old, Inca Digital has grown from a core of only eight people to 165 staff today, of which a third are in involved in production and over 25 per cent in research and development.

MD Bill Baxter said: “Although we are an engineering company, people are our key resource. Our printers use the latest inkjet technology and are being sent around the world to produce a wide range of creative products from large advertising graphics to packaging, furniture, gaming machines and much more.

“Demand is escalating, which means we need the right people to join our team. When we founded the company I could only dream that we would be where we are today, and it’s all because we have built such a great team.”
