Jackson Building Services has secured a £520k project with Morley Fund Man-agement at Harlow Retail Park in Essex.

The project sees the contractor create two new retail units from one large existing store at the out-of-town park.

In addition to extensive remodelling of the entrance area, Jackson will also re-roof the retail unit and provide metal cladding finishes

to the façade.

An amenity unit will be constructed within one of the new units and the contractor will upgrade the building’s mechanical and electrical systems. The fast track project is due for completion at the

beginning of October.

Michael Manning, construction director for Jackson Building Services, said: “By fostering strong partnerships with leading property owners and successfully delivering projects on time and to a high standard, we continue to raise the profile of the Jackson Building Services brand within the retail sector.”

As part of the Jackson Construction Group, the company operates in the south of England from dedicated offices in Ipswich.

Jackson Construction is part of the Interior Services Group Plc, a construction services specialist with an £800m turnover.
