Bidwells instructed on 97,535 sq ft warehouse in Ipswich

Bidwells Logistics & Industrial team has been appointed by Ipswich Borough Council to market a significant warehouse in Ipswich.

Europa House, which is located on Europa Way to the south of the town, is a large detached warehouse of 97,535 sq ft and benefits from a substantial yard area and prominent location just off junction 54 on the A14. The property provides much needed warehouse space for the eastern region and now represents one of the few options for sizeable space along the A14.

Patrick Stanton at Bidwells said: “This is an excellent building and comes to the market at a time when demand remains strong and there is almost zero supply of units above 50,000 sq ft.
