Canmoor celebrates multiple lettings at Morgan Way in Norwich
A leading private commercial property business has announced that all 33 of its units at Morgan Way on the Bowthorpe Park Industrial Estate in Norwich are now let – a total of 97,000 sq ft.
Canmoor bought the site in 2015 and has since been refurbishing and letting units to a diverse range of businesses and organisations, working jointly with Bidwells and Roche Surveyors.
New to the industrial estate is the Salvation Army which is taking space in Unit 41 for its Christmas Present Appeal which collects donations of gifts and money to give to families.
Existing tenant local company Castle Colour has taken additional space in Unit 40 to meet the needs of its expanding business.
Units 29-32 have been fully refurbished and are now let to Adept IT Solutions (Unit 29) and to Creative Learning, a training company (Units 30-32).

Morgan Way on the Bowthorpe Park Industrial Estate is located close to Norwich city centre, within easy access of the A47 and adjacent to the A1074. An established commercial area, it has 24-hour access and 40 car parking spaces.
