Delayed repeat for Garlic Row property

Mark Robinson of Robinson Layer first let 2 Murdoch House in Garlic Row, off Newmarket Road in Cambridge, 17 years ago when it was built by Munro Group who occupy the adjoining unit.

The first and only tenant was a digital imaging pioneer and industry leader, Digital Projection.

The building is now on the market as the original tenant’s space requirements have changed and the business is moving to Newmarket early next year.

Mark Robinson said: “Built as a mid-tech two storey research and development unit, it totals 5,625 sq ft with 18 car spaces.
