Rare double of D1 properties to let in Cambridge

Barker Storey Matthews is the sole agent instructed to let two properties for D1 occupation in central Cambridge. D1 usage covers a range of educational, community or medical and therapeutic requirements.

Both properties have immediate past use as language schools and are available immediately.

According to Ben Green of Barker Storey Matthews, D1 premises do not often come forward to the market and for two properties to come through as letting instructions at the same time is quite rare.

He said: “These properties are in prime, central Cambridge locations. While immediate past uses have been as language schools, D1 use can meet a number of educational, community or medical and therapeutic requirements.”
