Sensor startup takes space at Penn Farm

The rural office development, Penn Farm Studios in Haslingfield, has attracted a new tenant – technology startup, ANB Sensors. The firm provides innovative solutions for new generation chemical sensors.

Director Nathan Lawrence said: “Our unit at Penn Farm is perfect for us as a startup with bright and airy office space and a separate room that we have set up as the laboratory.”

Mark Robinson of the letting agents, Robinson Layer, added: “Penn Farm Studios is a popular rural location just six miles south of Cambridge and three miles to M11 at J11 (Trumpington).

“There is plenty of parking and solar generated electricity provides cheap energy to tenants.”

Robinson said the 1,025 sq ft unit was let on a new internal repairing and insuring lease at £15,000 per annum exclusive.
