Trebor and Hillwood plot major Peterborough industrial scheme
Trebor Developments and Hillwood have submitted a detailed planning application for a two-unit industrial development, providing units of 231,000 sq ft and 307,500 sq ft, on the site they have agreed to acquire from MARS Petcare UK in Peterborough.
The application provides for two large units to meet either distribution or manufacturing uses and is in an established industrial location within Peterborough. The development will be marketed as Delta Park.
Greg Dalton, development manager for Trebor, said: “We are delighted to be bringing forward two major industrial units on a speculative basis in the Peterborough area, which has been popular with a wide range of occupiers.
“The submission of detailed planning is the next milestone in delivering this exciting scheme and we anticipate having these units available for occupation from Q2 2022. In the meantime, we can continue to offer bespoke design and build units to occupiers.”
Delta Park is being jointly marketed by Avison Young and Gerald Eve on behalf of Trebor and Hillwood.
Trebor Developments LLP was formed in 2008 by Bob Tattrie, formerly managing director of Alfred McAlpine Developments. The company is privately owned, based in the Midlands, but carrying out development throughout the UK.
Trebor is one of the most active UK commercial developers, particularly in the industrial sector, delivering units from 10,000 sq ft to over 1,000,000 sq ft, either speculatively or for clients’ specific requirements.
