Inivata to headline Cambridge Network’s Virtual Jobs & Careers Fair

Cambridge Network has unveiled Inivata as headline sponsor of its September 2022 Virtual Jobs & Careers Fair.

Inivata, a subsidiary of NeoGenomics and based on the Babraham Research Campus in Cambridge, is at the forefront of cancer diagnostics and is taking on one of the hardest challenges – minimal residual disease (MRD) and cancer recurrence detection.

By providing essential genomic insights from a simple blood draw, Inivata enables clinicians to make more informed treatment decisions for their patients and for biopharmaceutical companies to accelerate the development of potential therapies.

Inivata has a team of talented and driven individuals with unrivalled expertise in world-class research, product development, commercialisation and marketing. Its people are fuelled by a passion to rapidly accelerate advances in oncology diagnostics and the company is looking to continue to build its team from the Babraham base.

The team at Inivata is keen to support the Cambridge Network jobs and careers fair as they’re hoping it will give students the opportunity to find out about current vacancies and also give an overview of the amazing work Inivata does and how it is striving to transform the lives of cancer patients and their families through the power of liquid biopsy.

Inivata says: “In our new ‘virtual world’ the careers fair will be a great way to meet and attract new team members giving them a chance to meet us, hear about our culture and values of being passionate, bold, and caring and to find out more about all the varied career opportunities in STEM.

“We are really looking forward to meeting students of all ages and excited to tell them about the work of Inivata.”

Claire Angus, head of Recruitment Gateway at Cambridge Network adds: “We are really pleased that Inivata will be joining us as headline sponsors, at our September virtual jobs fair. Their live vacancies are already sparking the interest of job seekers, and we are looking forward to them opening the event for us on the day.”
