Rate relief bait as central Cambridge retail units go on the market

On behalf of St John’s College, Savills has been appointed to market two retail units within Cambridge city centre – at 16 St Johns Street and 72 Bridge Street.

16 St Johns Street comprises 632 sq ft, which includes ground floor retail space and basement storage. The unit is situated in a prominent location along the established tourist route opposite St John’s College.

72 Bridge Street (pictured above) comprises 900 sq ft suitable for a range of A1 retail uses. The attractive period property is on one of Cambridge’s busiest thoroughfares and is now available to let.
