Doc2: A Smarta kind of business
Young Cambridge technology business Doc2 is establishing itself as a leader in the digital contract creation market.
Since its launch just over two years ago the company has secured £150k of funding from angel investors. This has enabled Doc2 to improve the customer journey and platform functionalities. It has a wide portfolio of customers ranging from recruitment agencies to publishers.
In another exciting development the document creation automation platform has been recognised by Smarta as a product important to independent businesses. The achievement puts Doc2 in select company: other Smarta partners include digital giants Shopify, Squarespace, Aviva and O2.
Doc2 offers a frictionless process for SMEs to create, send and eSign their contracts and agreements in seconds. The innovative solution allows management to have complete oversight and control over contract processes. Smart integrations with CRMs and Companies House maximise efficiency and compliance, whilst removing human error.
Since its launch in December 2019, Doc2 has made an impact in a fast-growing market. This is reflected in the new collaboration with Smarta.
Josh Harris, co-founder and CEO of Doc2 said: “Starting a business involves hard work, resilience and above all perseverance. The fact that Doc2 was chosen by Smarta over our competitors in the digital automation market is a testament to the fact that our hard work and perseverance is paying off.”
Commercial director Richard Myers added: “Doc2 really meets a need that we see over and over in the startup businesses we support so we’re thrilled to have them as part of Smarta’s product ranges, helping businesses to thrive.”
