Next stop Vegas for London Stansted

MAXjet Airways the all-business-class transatlantic airline, launches next week a new twice-weekly flight on Mondays and Thursdays from Stansted to Las Vegas. The inaugural flight leaves from Stansted on Thursday November 2.

Business class fares start at just £999 return, including all government taxes and fees.

The new non-stop scheduled service departs Stansted at 1 p.m. and arrives in Las Vegas McCarran International Airport at 5 p.m. the same day. The flight from Las Vegas to Stansted leaves at 7:30 pm and arrives in London at 12:30 pm the next day. This means that MAXjet will be offering the only evening non-stop service from Las Vegas to London.

CEO Gary Rogliano said: “We have been inundated with bookings for this route since sales began on September 1. The UK is the second largest market to visit Las Vegas and we are responding to customer demand for an affordable non-stop business class service from London.

“The addition of this new route also means that connections to and from US west coast are now much easier.”

Terry Morgan, managing director of London Stansted Airport, said: “MAXjet continues to go from strength to strength and the launch of this new route to Las Vegas from London Stansted is the best possible news.

“MAXjet passengers will now be able to travel between three of the most popular destinations in the US, with virtually unlimited connections throughout the US and over 160 destinations throughout the UK and Europe.”
