Banger of a deal for Birketts as Delenco goes to Red Sky Food Group

The company is a specialist sausage maker and the deal (sum undisclosed) marks an important milestone for Richard and his family, who have successfully grown Delenco Foods into a respected business within the industry.

The acquisition by Red Sky Food Group will support the company’s continued development and expansion.

The Birketts team was led by Tom Utting (Senior Associate, Corporate) and Nick Burt (Partner, Corporate), with support from Dominic Cowie (Solicitor, Corporate), Anvita Oswal (Solicitor, Corporate), Robbie Watson (Senior Associate, Tax), Alex Elliott (Associate, Employment) and Jasmin Sandhu (Solicitor, Employment).

Birketts worked closely with the team at FRP, comprised of Chris Adlam, Lucy Day and Lydia Kelsall, to deliver the transaction.
