Birketts advises on major investment alliance

Addresscloud is a fast-growing provider of geospatial risk intelligence solutions to the insurance sector, enabling underwriters to assess peril and climate risk with precision. The investment by Kester Capital will accelerate Addresscloud’s growth trajectory, enhance its go-to-market capabilities, and expand its presence both in the UK and internationally.

Birketts provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction, advising on all corporate, equity, share option and employment matters. The firm negotiated all transaction documents and worked closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful outcome.

The Birketts team was led by Chelmsford-based Corporate Partners Adam Jones, Alex Forwood and James Allen in Cambridge, along with Senior Associates Corinne Spencer and Tom Utting and Associate Alex Price.
