Birketts advises SDI Group on £8.32m acquisition of Severn Thermal Solutions

SDI makes scientific products for use in applications including life sciences, healthcare, consumer manufacturing, aerospace, astronomy, water treatment, motorsport and art conservation.

Severn Thermal Solutions is a designer and manufacturer of high temperature furnace systems and environmental chambers for advanced material processing and testing.

The Birketts team was led by Corinne Spencer (Senior Associate, Corporate) and supported by Macauley Alsford-White (Associate, Corporate), Anvita Oswal (Advocate, Corporate), Julia Harlock (Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate), Ryan Smith (Solicitor, Corporate Tax) and Robbie Watson (Senior Associate, Corporate Tax).
