Deal will see move to new HQ for Peterborough law firm

The firm has taken a new lease on Churchill House, a two storey, detached, 3,720 sq ft office building on Isis Way at Minerva Business Park.
The multi-disciplinary law firm - which also has offices in London and Cambridge - has been based at Tesla Court on Innovation Way, Lynch Wood since the end of 2023. However, following a period of rapid business growth and, in order to accommodate further expansion, Burgh Thorpe, whose current head count in Peterborough is just under 30, needed to find bigger headquarters.
Navead Yousaf, Managing Partner at Burgh Thorpe Solicitors, said the firm wanted to stay within Lynch Wood.
He said, “Lynch Wood is the go-to location for professional services firms like ours given its setting and accessibility. Churchill House gives us the right base in which the bespoke fit-out we have commissioned will reflect the firm’s growth, ambition and ongoing investment in our people and clients.”
Eddisons’ agency on the Churchill House deal was led by Gavin Hynes, Regional Managing Director, who commented: “In the new premises, Burgh Thorpe Solicitors has a solid, quality headquarters building in one Peterborough’s premier, established office districts.
“It’s the right building for them at the right time. The firm’s enthusiasm about its future growth was one of the key components that drove this deal forward to its successful conclusion.”
