Dynamic duo boost Birketts' corporate team in Cambridge

Katy is said to bring a wealth of experience in strategic mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. She has particular experience in the food and beverage and agricultural sectors, working with businesses on succession planning and development projects.

Gunn advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions. He works with owner-managed businesses and corporate clients predominantly in the UK, but also with an international network and client base across Europe and the US.
