Future Materials Group advises SHD Composites on sale to US company

Cambridge-based Future Materials Group has helped steer a significant transatlantic acquisition. The firm, based at Chesterford Research Park, was exclusive sell-side M&A adviser to Lincolnshire business SHD Composites on its sale for an undisclosed sum to US company Cambium.
