HVSS Group plugs into Mills & Reeve for acquisition of electrical contractor

AM Electrics (Renewables) has a strong track record in the construction, rail, and renewables sectors, and by becoming part of HVSS Group, it is in an excellent position to expand its current offering to commercial and industrial clients.
The Mills & Reeve team, led by partner Jonathan Greenwood and principal associate David Hollier, advised HVSS while working closely with the other parties on the deal.
