Key appointment as S&W strengthens valuations offering
He joins S&W from Valuation Consulting, where he delivered complex valuation solutions across multiple sectors including extensive experience in assessing technology and Intellectual Property (IP)-led companies, for high-growth businesses, raising capital investment and preparing for an exit/public listing, as well as setting up licensing and other streamlining of business operations.
His deep expertise in intellectual property valuations and advanced financial modelling for private equity and venture capital clients will significantly strengthen S&W’s valuations practice and enhance the strategic support for clients.
