GC stands for General Counsel and the initiative has been developed for top brains in the field of law who are working in medium to large organisations across the private, public and third sectors.

The Forum will provide members with access to a community of like-minded leaders and a comprehensive programme of meetings and events will be topped by an annual summit.

Birketts partner and corporate law specialist Adrian Seagers, says members will benefit from a curated programme of events. These will include expert-led roundtables, practical training sessions and the flagship annual summit plus delivery of technical content through a new online hub - including articles, on-demand videos and podcasts.

Seagers said: “The Birketts GC Forum is more than a series of events – it is a community of like-minded legal leaders. Building on direct feedback from our network, we are committed to creating a space where senior counsel can share insights and challenges, forge meaningful connections, and access expert guidance on emerging legal issues.

“With direct feedback at the heart of our planning, we will continue to refine the programme with insightful speakers and collaborations that reflect the issues and opportunities most relevant to those working in senior in-house legal positions.”
