The US now represents 44 per cent of global revenue for Luminance, whose technology was developed by AI specialists at Cambridge University.

Building on that momentum, the company has onboarded Silicon Valley tech veteran Mario Queiroz - renowned for leading Google’s biggest consumer hardware initiatives. He also brings extensive experience after launching consumer products and AI platforms at Palo Alto Networks and HP.

He will play a central role in Luminance’s expansion into the enterprise market. Luminance now has more than 1,000 enterprise customers, making it the market leader.

The company has also hired Kim Winter as its new VP of Marketing. Kim joins from New York–based startup Yotpo, where she led global marketing initiatives.

Luminance has three offices in the United States, strategically located in New York, San Francisco and Dallas, but reports surging demand for its multi-agent AI platform across Fortune-scale organisations.

The company reports rapid adoption of its technology among enterprise teams spanning legal, compliance, procurement, finance and more key sectors.

Queiroz becomes Luminance's Senior Product Advisor, based in San Francisco. A veteran product and technology executive with more than three decades of experience, Queiroz has led global teams building category-defining products at the intersection of software, devices, and AI.

He most recently served as Chief Product Officer at Abridge and, before that, as Chief Product Officer at Hinge Health, where he helped scale both companies’ AI-driven platforms. Earlier in his career, he was EVP at Palo Alto Networks and spent close to 15 years at Google in product and general management roles. During his tenure at Google, he led several of the company’s flagship consumer hardware initiatives, from Chromecast and Google Home to serving as General Manager and Vice President of Product Management for Pixel smartphones.

Kim Winter is a seasoned marketing leader with extensive experience building commercial functions from the ground up and developing product marketing strategies for high-growth companies. She joins from Yotpo, where she spent nearly a decade and rose to VP of Product Marketing, shaping product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Winter brings deep expertise in messaging, category creation, and enterprise GTM execution, with a track record of turning complex technology into clear business value. At Luminance, she will lead global marketing efforts, strengthening the company’s enterprise presence and driving category-defining narratives as adoption accelerates globally.

Luminance CEO Eleanor Lightbody said: “Mario and Kim join us at a pivotal moment for Luminance. US enterprises now make up almost half our business, a trajectory that continues to steepen quarter after quarter. Together, the duo will help us scale faster, stay closer to our customers and strengthen our position as the enterprise standard for legal AI.”
