Monumo’s DeepTech innovation wows German technology firm hofer

hofer powertrain’s partnership with Monumo aims to reduce electric drive design time by 80 per cent through advanced AI and DeepTech innovations – and thereby cut associated costs.
The partners reveal that the joint initiative has already shown remarkable results, including a reduction in permanent magnet content by around 10 per cent without any compromise to manufacturing, efficiency, or performance.
Monumo’s scalable, machine learning-friendly engine, Anser, can evaluate millions of detailed concepts within days. hofer powertrain says it is setting a path to lead at the forefront of cutting-edge electric motor design by partnering with Monumo. The partners say the unique combination of simulation, ML, AI, and motor design expertise is poised to make a significant impact on the EV market, pushing the industry to new heights with system-level optimisation.
