New RSM partner steers digital forensics growth
Baker joins RSM from Deloitte, where he gained over 25 years’ experience, including his most recent role as forensic technology lead partner. His expertise spans digital forensics, e-discovery, data analytics, investigations and software development.
He has a proven track-record in strategic leadership and project delivery, working on large-scale investigations and data strategy for both corporate clients and the public sector.
At RSM, Baker will focus on leading the technology arm of the firm’s forensics practice, overseeing the existing eDiscovery team, as well as expanding on its analytics and AI capabilities and developing cloud-based digital solutions for clients.
He will also oversee the development and implementation of the digital strategy for RSM’s wider consulting service line, shaping the firm’s use of technology to accelerate RSM’s strategic digital goals.
