Treatt makes Randhawa permanent CFO
He joined Treatt last September as Interim CFO and on January 1 was additionally appointed as Interim Group Managing Director. The Bury St Edmunds company confirms that he will continue in the latter role whilst the process to appoint a permanent Group CEO continues.
Treatt makes and supplies a diverse and sustainable portfolio of natural extracts and ingredients for the beverage, flavour and fragrance industries.
Vijay Thakrar, Chair of Treatt, says: “Since joining Treatt, Manprit has made a strong contribution to the business and we are delighted to confirm his appointment as Chief Financial Officer on a permanent basis. This appointment will further support our continued focus on delivery of Treatt’s potential.”
The Remuneration Committee has resolved to grant an LTIP Award to Manprit, in accordance with the terms of the LTIP Plan Rules approved by shareholders in 2024. The LTIP Awards are nil priced options over a total of 209,215 new ordinary shares of £0.02 each in the company.
