His work included acquisitions, leasing, sales, investment and development consultancy for clients such as Royal Mail, South Cambridgeshire District Council, Trinity Hall College, and Downing College.

Career highlights include the sale of a 17-acre development site in Chatteris to Tungsten Properties for a 300,000 sq ft manufacturing facility, the acquisition of Wellbrook Court in Cambridge, and several high-profile industrial land sales in Huntingdon and Peterborough.

At Turnstone Estates,Clark will be supporting delivery of the company’s Bedford Interchange South scheme – a mixed commercial development close to the proposed Universal Studios site which will deliver 260 new jobs and generate £20 million in GVA to Bedford’s economy.
