Ventrica secures £9m for European expansion
Essex contact centre business Ventrica has secured £9 million growth investment from Mobeus Equity Partners to fund pan-European growth.
The Southend company was founded in 2010 by Dino Forte and has undergone rapid growth, doubling in size over the last two years.
Ventrica markets itself as an innovation leader in the changing sales and customer service sector. As e-commerce continues to grow, especially in the retail space, and customers expand their communication channels from the phone to email, social media and webchat, companies are increasingly looking to specialists to provide around the clock customer-facing support.
Ventrica works closely with its clients, leveraging its people, technology (including support for Artificial Intelligence and automation) training and resourcing expertise to provide service across multiple channels.
Already one of Essex’s top employers, Ventrica now plans European expansion; it has two sites in Southend employing over 450 staff with plans to grow to 600 this year.
With support from Mobeus, the company plans further investment to expand its footprint in the UK and Europe to support its growing multilingual client base that serve customers across global markets.
