Versatile reforming catalyst for hydrogen production
A Dutch research institute developed a versatile catalyst for the production of hydrogen by steam (methane) reforming.
The catalyst combines high activity and stability, potentially resulting in a significant longer lifetime and a lower replacement frequency than current state-of-the art catalysts. This will enable a cost-effective production of hydrogen. An industrial partner with sufficient know-how and track record is sought, interested in a licence agreement, to further develop the catalyst.
