Scott Bradbury Ltd, which has operations in Cambridgeshire and Norfolk, provides bite-sized multimedia resources for workplace soft skills development and practice.

These are delivered through a ‘watch, listen, read and do’ approach via the company’s WATCH & GO® digital streaming service and platform with a library of 150+ learning resources.

Resources include training videos, podcasts, skills challenges and short summaries to accompany the other learning materials. Content is split into four key topic areas – personal effectiveness, communication & teamwork, managing performance & productivity, and culture & wellbeing.

Scott Bradbury offers clients curation, bespoke learning pathways, data analysis and promotional support on top of the library of content.

Be-A Education is a multi-award-winning leader in online vocational training, dedicated to bridging the skills gap and enhancing career opportunities for individuals and SMEs.

Its courses are available online, in-house and via blended learning, covering a wide variety of skills for many different business sectors. The strategic acquisition brings in additional soft skills training, a wider selection of courses for users on both sides and exciting opportunities for merging products in the future.

Prism Corporate Broking has been helping people buy and sell businesses for 20 years and is expert in the tech sector. The team supported the two owners of Scott Bradbury throughout the sale process – from pre-sale preparation and identifying potential acquirers, through negotiations and due diligence, to the successful completion.

Catherine de Salvo, co-founder of Scott Bradbury Ltd, said: “We’re thrilled to have found a great new home for the business with Be-A Education. We are looking forward to enabling our respective clients to take advantage of the new opportunities afforded by this acquisition and to continuing to provide high quality learning for all.”

Ian McClelland, CEO of Be-A Education, added: “We were impressed with Scott Bradbury Ltd's long history of providing high quality learning resources to UK businesses. We think their focus on personal and professional development skills is a perfect complement to our own Staff Skills Academy."
